Older metal cart. We thought this was a good size for someone to cut the handle off and use it as a coffee table, console table for Tv and movies, or for a garage. Has signs of use as it was used in a factory, all over surface rust, marks, not a perfect square, must be twisted as only 3 of the 4 wheels touch down at a time. Wheels are welded on. Please see photos. Wheels work.
